Organic silicone sealant for solar photovoltaic modules

The assembly requirements of the photovoltaic module frame and the laminated parts after lamination are close coordination, and the connection is firm, with good sealing to prevent the entry of destructive liquids and gases. There should be good adhesion between the junction box and the backplane, even if used for a long time under local stress, it will not fall off.

JS-606 is a neutral curing silicone sealant designed and developed specifically for the bonding requirements of aluminum frames and junction boxes of solar photovoltaic modules. It has excellent bonding performance, excellent aging resistance, and can effectively prevent the infiltration of destructive gases and liquids

Product features

1. Excellent adhesion performance, with good adhesion to specialized aluminum materials, tempered glass, composite backboards, PPO and other materials.

2. Excellent electrical insulation and weather resistance, suitable for use at -40~200 ℃.

3. Neutral curing, non corrosive to most materials, strong resistance to ozone and chemical corrosion.

4. It has passed the double "85" high temperature and humidity test, aging resistance test, cold and hot temperature difference impact test, and has the functions of yellowing resistance, environmental corrosion resistance, mechanical shock resistance, thermal shock resistance, and shock resistance.

5. Passed TUV, SGS, UL, ISO9001/ISO14001 certification.

Operation and Safety
  • 1. Thoroughly clean the surface of the substrate with appropriate solvents such as alcohol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, etc;
  • 2. Uncured sealant should not come into contact with the eyes. If it comes into contact accidentally, rinse with water and contact a doctor;
  • 3. Please avoid prolonged contact with the skin, as it may cause itching.
Color and packaging

The regular colors are black and white, and special colors can also be produced according to customer requirements, using 310ml plastic hose, 400ml soft packaging, 5-gallon plastic bucket, and 55 gallon iron bucket packaging.

Storage and expiration date

Belonging to non hazardous materials, please store in a cool and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
