*All the above data were tested according to the internal testing standards of Hangzhou Zhijiang; The test results depend on external conditions, usage methods, and tools used. Foam sealant is a chemical, so its foaming amount and structure may change with time. To achieve the best application effect, it is recommended to use the Hangzhou Zhijiang specialized foaming gun.
Operation and Safety
  • 1. Shake the material tank vigorously (for 20-30 seconds, with the valve facing downwards) to mix the ingredients inside the tank;
  • 2. Install the material tank onto the glue gun:
  • 3. When applying glue, the valve should be facing downwards;
  • 4. Vertical gaps should be glued from bottom to top;
  • 5. There is no need to fill the entire gap - foam will expand proportionally;
  • If filling the door and window frames, the maximum width of the gap should be 3cm. Foaming agents should not be used in gaps larger than 5cm
  • 7. The glue application speed and foam thickness shall be controlled by effectively applying pressure on the glue gun trigger;
  • If the glue application is stopped for more than 5 minutes, the material tank should be shaken again before continuing the glue application.
