FT-701
Silicone sealant for fire protection

JS-701 fire-resistant silicone sealant is a single component, neutral curing silicone sealant. JS-701 product can produce superior adhesion to most building materials.

Product features

1. Easy to use: can be squeezed out for use at any time;

2. Excellent thixotropy and extrudability, which can be extruded at - 5 ℃ - 40 ℃;

3. Neutral curing: suitable for most building materials without adverse reactions or corrosive effects:

4. When encountering an open flame, it does not support combustion and extinguishes itself without fire;

5. After curing, maintain good elasticity under environmental conditions of -25 ℃ -50 ℃.

Operation and Safety
  • JS-701 fire-resistant silicone sealant is not suitable for structural assembly. It should not be used in the following situations:
  • 1. All materials that can exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents, as well as certain unvulcanized or partially vulcanized rubbers and tapes;
  • 2. Closed areas (silicone sealant needs to be cured with moisture in the air);
  • 3. Long term immersion and year-round underground humid environment;
  • 4. The paint surface may cause sealing failure due to cracking or peeling of the paint film;
  • 5. Frosted or damp surfaces:
  • 6. Will come into direct contact with the surface of food;
  • 7. Places susceptible to mechanical wear and tear;
  • 8. Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to avoid yellowing;
  • 9. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solution) to avoid discoloration;
  • 10. When the surface temperature of the material is below -5 ℃ or exceeds 40 ℃, construction is not suitable;
  • 11. All building materials used in engineering have successfully passed adhesion, compatibility, and contamination tests.
Color and packaging

Color products offer commonly used standard colors: black, white, and other colors can also be provided according to customer needs.

JS-701 fireproof silicone sealant is provided to customers in plastic tube packaging with a net capacity of 300 milliliters
