ZJ-OP1742
Organic silicon low folding packaging adhesive

This product is a dual component LED low refractive index packaging silicone. ZJ-OP1742 A/B is composed of A and B components and belongs to 1.41 refractive index silicone. It can be used in SMD packaging, COB packaging, molding, and integrated packaging. This product has excellent electrical insulation performance, strong adhesion to metal materials such as copper, silver, aluminum, and PPA, and excellent thermal stability. It can withstand high temperatures of 250 ℃ for a long time. It can be used for a long time at -60~+220 ℃. And it has excellent thermal aging resistance and visible light penetration performance.

Product features

1. It has good adhesion to PPA, PCB circuit boards, electronic components, ABS, and metals. After curing, the adhesive is in a colorless and transparent state, with low linear shrinkage and moisture absorption, and excellent resistance to yellowing and aging.

2. Excellent mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties, thermal stability and high and low temperature resistance (minus 50 ℃/high temperature 250 ℃), can pass 265 ℃ reflow soldering welding.

3. After packaging with fluorescent powder, the settlement is small and the color temperature deviation is small.

4. Under high-power white light testing, the resistance to light aging after prolonged illumination is quite excellent.

Operation and Safety
  • 1. Thoroughly clean the bracket before dispensing, and remove any substances on the surface of the substrate that hinder the curing of silicone before dispensing.
  • 2. Mix component A and component B of ZJ-OP1742 A/B silicone gel in a weight ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly. Place the mixed adhesive into a vacuum machine for vacuuming and defoaming.
  • 3. After defoaming, use a syringe or dispensing machine to fill. After filling, proceed to the curing process.
  • 4. After pouring the glue, place it in a 100 ℃ oven and bake for 30 minutes, then concentrate it in a 150 ℃ oven for another 180 minutes to fully cure.

Storage and expiration date

Special attention should be paid to storing this product in a dark and dry environment. The storage period is 6 months. After the shelf life, if all technical indicators are still qualified after inspection, it can continue to be used.
