Operation and Safety
  • Usage process:
  • 1. This product should be sealed, frozen and stored at -15~0 ℃, and warmed back for 1-2 hours before use.
  • 2. Surface preparation: All surfaces coated with glue should be clean and dry, and dust and oil stains should be removed in advance. If necessary, use a clean cotton cloth dipped in a small amount of acetone or other organic solvents to wipe the surface, keeping it clean and dry.
  • 3. Gluing: After adjusting the air pressure, the glue can be applied normally.
  • 4. Curing: Curing by heating.
  • 5. Seal with a back cover and store at -15~0 ℃ for future use.
  • matters needing attention:
  • 1. During the operation, all utensils should not come into contact with the following substances, otherwise it may cause the adhesive layer to not solidify. Please test first:
  • ---Organic tin and other organic metal compounds;
  • ---Sulfur, polysulfide, polysulfone or other sulfur-containing materials;
  • ---Amine, polyurethane or amine containing materials;
  • ---Unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizer;
  • ---Some welding machine residues.
  • 2. This product is not a hazardous substance, but it should be avoided from swallowing. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, please immediately rinse with plenty of water. Please refer to the safety data sheet MSDS.
