ZJ-6250H
silicone gel

ZJ-6250H is a high temperature resistant silicon gel, mainly used for

Sealing of IGBT modules and electronic components of optoelectronic equipment

Applied to automotive electronic precision electrical circuits and hybrid circuit modules

Solar cells, sensors, high-power rectifiers, rectifier bridge modules

Product features

 Medium viscosity, transparent two-component silicone gel can be cured at room temperature or at high temperature

It has low hardness, low shrinkage, no corrosion, no precipitation of low molecular weight silicone oil, and stable chemical properties

Capable of reliably protecting sensitive microelectronic components from moisture and corrosion

 It has better heat resistance than ordinary silicon gel

Operation and Safety
  • Before use, thoroughly mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio. Stir for 5 minutes. It is recommended to use it after 5-10 minutes of vacuuming at -0.09MPa~-0.08MPa
  • Temperature and curing time: 25 ℃, starting to thicken after 2.5 hours; Fully cure at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes.
  • The mixed adhesive should be sealed, stored, and used up within a safe operating period, otherwise it will slowly solidify and cause waste.
  • The curing speed of the adhesive is related to temperature to a certain extent, and curing will be slower at low temperatures.
  • This product is not a hazardous material, but do not enter or eye contact. If accidentally splashed, rinse with plenty of water.
  • The A and B components of the colloid must be sealed and stored to prevent leakage during transportation!
  • Do not contact with N, P, S, plasma compounds such as sulfur, polysulfide, polysulfone or other sulfur containing materials, amine, polyurethane, amide and azide, organotin compounds and silicone rubber containing organotin catalysts to avoid poisoning the platinum catalyst poisoning and curing failure.
Color and packaging

A group of 20Kg for component A and 20Kg for component B (small bucket),

Or a set of 180Kg for component A and 180Kg for component B (large barrel)

Storage and expiration date

Store in a dry place for a storage period of 12 months. If it expires, it needs to be retested and can be reused after passing the inspection.

This type of product belongs to non hazardous goods and can be transported as general chemicals.
